Find out more about us at www.4sgc.ca Responsibilities Install, splice, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables and related infrastructure in various environments. Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, forklifts, and bucket operation tools safely to access installation sites. Perform electrical work related to fiber optic systems, including low voltage wiring and connections. Manage telecommunication equipment including telephony systems and WAN connections. Follow safety protocols during all phases of installation and maintenance work to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct inspections of network infrastructure to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or upgrades. Complete required documentation and reports Travel to project locations when required Work independently Qualifications Required Valid driver’s license Must be eligible to work in Canada Clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to perform physically demanding work Strong communication skills Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and with a team Working at Heights Considered as Asset Fiber optic installation experience Construction experience Asbestos certifications WHMIS First Aid / CPR
