Pest Technician - We'll Train (Base Salary, Commission & Bonus Included)

Responsibilities * Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods * Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities * Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides and power spraying equipment, such wearing protective gear guidelines * Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner * Address customer needs and optimize their program on-site What we Offer * Competitive salary * Commission on new business and bonus on service work completed * Company vehicle * Health and dental benefits, RRSP matching and 2 weeks paid time off * Thorough on-the-job training and consistent education opportunities * In-house Professional Development programs * Opportunities for growth * People-first approach with a strong family culture Requirements: * A Driver's License with a clean driving record * Strong communication skills both written and verbal * Customer service experience * Willingness to obtain your Applicator's License * Sales experience an asset If you are motivated and results-driven٫ enjoy being on the road, we’d like to meet you! Candidates with prior experience will be preferred, but applicants with the following experience have successful transferable skills and be equally considered: route sales, route service, field sales, field service, service technician, territory representative, restaurant manager, restaurant server, construction, hotel manager, sales, customer service. $42,000 – $56,000 (Position qualifies for incentive bonus and commission on top of base salary). Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record and strong communication and customer service skills. A willingness to obtain an Applicator's License is required, while sales experience is considered an asset.
