Collaborate with production team on optimizing production process before mass production New product (including all the new structure designs) validation (structure validation & assembly validation): Draft plans for structure & assembly validation. Create proper report for each product validation. Identifying and resolving issues or defects discovered during the validation process and implement necessary improvements. Implement engineering changes to new product production for continuous improvement. (Including change of materials, jig / fixture design, assembly process optimization) Prepare documents for new product or new process introduction, the documents include: Asist on top level BOM for new products before mass production. Be able to create proper assembly/operation instructions for new product/process. Be able to create new product/process performance report. Work on new product certification project. Prepare proper product samples for certification project. Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations. Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations. Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow. Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering-Must have
