(ACSI) is a multi-disciplined construction company offering superior civil, electrical and mechanical services including piping, insulation, scaffolding, and module fabrication. ACSI is seeking Millwright Apprentice & Journeypersons who will be integral to our project’s success, responsible for completing maintenance assignments to build, repair and maintain equipment. Your expertise will support a range of activities which are critical to the safe operation of equipment on the project Key Responsibilities Operate rif equipment and dollies to move heavy machinery and parts. Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts (often to within a fraction of a millimeter tolerance). Align and test equipment and adjust. Perform preventive and operational maintenance using procedures such as vibration analysis, and repair or replace defective parts. Trouble-shoot hydraulic, pneumatic and programmable logic controls. Tack welding and fabrication as well as maintain an inventory of replacement parts. Perform field work to a high quality and provide thorough follow up with proper and efficient documentation of work. Perform proactive maintenance, trouble shooting and repairs for a wide range of Instrumentation and control equipment, such as Hydraulic operated valves, various pressure and flow measurements, radiation density Gauges, Radar level transmitters, CCTV monitoring systems, Computerized control systems. Journeyperson will mentor apprentices respectfully and oversee their safety. Requirements and Experience Valid Provincial Journeyperson Ticket or indentured in a Provincial apprenticeship program. CSTS-20 Certificate Fall Protection – In Class Mobile Elevated Work Platform – In Class Confined Space – In Class Experience as a Millwright in an industrial construction environment. Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Ability to lift and work with materials weighing up to 25kg. Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments. Must have a strong understanding of industrial safety procedures and policies. Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal. Project: BHP Wet Mill SMPEI Location: Leroy, SK Rate: $51.00 per hour Overtime: As per Collective Agreement Schedule: 14x7, 11 hour days Camp: Yes Allowances: Per prejob, Travel allowance based on proof of reisdency Candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen and/or criminal record check. The Millwright is responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient project operations. Key tasks include aligning gears and shafts, troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and performing preventive maintenance using vibration analysis.

Candidates must hold a valid Provincial Journeyperson Ticket or be indentured in an apprenticeship program. The role requires specific safety certifications including CSTS-20, Fall Protection, Mobile Elevated Work Platform, and Confined Space training.
