Maintenance personnel are responsible for ensuring that amenities are operating at maximum efficiency. You will be dealing with all manner of maintenance tasks ranging from painting through to plumbing and electrical. What you will be doing: Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough clean-up of the painting or repair area. Maintaining and storing equipment in a safe and orderly manner. Perform preventive maintenance where required and maintain all records. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing, electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, replace electrical switches and outlets. Act as quickly and responsibly as possible to return the building to its normal operating status and inform Management of any such emergencies. Ensure own safety, and the safety of co-workers and follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace. Install and maintain a wide range of machinery as directed by Operations. Other duties as assigned. What you bring to the table: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Emphasis in Technical Trades, two or more years’ experience in a Technical Trade. Two years’ experience as Maintenance Technician. Operator Certificate or equivalent trade experience. Must hold a valid Alberta Driver’s License. Forklift and Manlift experience a definite asset. Some lifting and carrying (up to 22kgs). This position requires proficiency in any one of the following categories: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Electrical. Mechanical. Requirements

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a technical trade and hold a valid Alberta Driver's License. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with proficiency in areas such as electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems.
