Job Summary: We are currently looking for HVAC Technicians to join our growing Ottawa team. The role will be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, products and systems. Key Responsibilities: * Represent Ainsworth professionally and courteously on every service call. * Install, service, and repair HVAC systems and components. * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Supervise apprentices and ensure safety compliance. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and equipment. * Provide customer guidance on system use and maintenance. * Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. * Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalent qualification from a certified college. * Valid driver’s license * Valid HVAC Certificate of Qualification * Strong knowledge of HVAC tools, codes, and safety practices. * Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. * Outstanding customer service skills The pay range is $22.48 to $63.01 per hour.
