Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Asset Integrity Data Technician to work on a contract basis with one of our major O&G clients in Edson, Alberta. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the integrity of data for an inventory of approximately 7,500 assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the safe and reliable operation of company facilities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the administration of the Maxi-Trak Integrity Management System, working closely with field operations, corporate integrity teams, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate asset records, timely reporting, and continuous improvement of data management processes. Key Responsibilities Asset Integrity Data Management Maintain and continuously improve data management processes within the Maxi-Trak system for pressure equipment, tanks, PRDs, and piping assets. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of asset data and associated records. Collect, validate, and maintain critical integrity documentation, including inspection reports, service reports, inventory verifications, and compliance records. Support the implementation, onboarding, and tracking of newly acquired assets within Pressure Equipment and Tank Integrity Management Systems. Follow established corporate procedures, training materials, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all data management activities. Partner with the Calgary Integrity Group, Field Integrity teams, and other stakeholders to support Maxi-Trak database governance, standards, and best practices. Act as a key point of contact for integrity-related data inquiries and inventory updates. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance overall database efficiency and user experience. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that create value, increase productivity, and support operational excellence. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting Prepare and manage Asset Inventory Electronic Submission Reports and Quality Management System (QMS) submissions. Ensure compliance with provincial regulatory requirements, including submissions to ABSA and AER. Coordinate with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure asset additions, modifications, and inventory updates are accurately captured and reported in a timely manner. Qualifications Strong experience in database administration, data management, and maintaining data integrity. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database/software applications. Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and project coordination skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and large-scale projects in a deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional, and multidisciplinary team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience within asset integrity, regulatory compliance, industrial operations, or technical data management environments is considered an asset.
