This is a new position with shift hours from 5:00pm - 1:00am. Reporting to an experienced property manager, the General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all minor and major repairs of property equipment. This will include preventative and scheduled maintenance, as well as responding to emergency requests. The Maintenance Technician will be dependable individual with solid experience in all aspects of the apartment maintenance function, including basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and apartment turnover work.
