The successful candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills. general duties respond to any plumbing and electrical as well as appliances emergencies within the Toronto portfolio evaluate the need of third party contractors if needed complete daily repair and upkeep tasks of the properties as assigned respond to and complete residential maintenance requests prepare vacant apartments through turn-over repairs and improvements cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas remove snow near property entrance, sidewalks, and parking areas responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment maintain a professional appearance and attitude, with excellent customer service and time management skills available to work on an on-call basis (including holidays, weekends and late nights) other duties and portfolios as assigned who you are three plus years of experience in building and mechanical maintenance repair, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience experience using hand and power tools familiar with building systems able to work after hours excellent problem solving ownership of responsibilities , able to anticipate and address issues in emergency situations great communication skills able to interact with tenants, people focused, positive and stay professional how to apply Apply with a copy of your resume.
