Role : Process Engineer Location : Toronto, Ontario, Canada Long Term Contract Job Description: Experience :: 10+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Transformation, and Operational Excellence. (preferably BFS) Mandatory Skills :: Expertise in process discovery, BPMN modeling, ARIS, Signavio, value stream mapping, and AS-IS / TO-BE process design. • 10+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Transformation, and Operational Excellence. (preferably BFS) • Expertise in process discovery, BPMN modeling, ARIS, Signavio, value stream mapping, and AS-IS / TO-BE process design. • Proven track record in process re-engineering, workflow optimization, and automation-led transformation leveraging Pega, Camunda, Power Platform, and RPA solutions. • Strong in communication & experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, defining Target Operating Models (TOM), conducting gap analysis, and driving enterprise process modernization initiatives. • Skilled in establishing process governance, KPI frameworks, and continuous improvement programs that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
