We welcome candidates with 8-15 years of professional experience who are eager to grow in a supportive environment. \n What You’ll Do: * Lead design and development of electrical systems for solar and battery storage projects * Conducting feasibility studies, power system modeling, and electrical calculations * Creating and reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation * Analyze designs to ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NERC standards * Stamping engineering drawings. * Providing mentorship and leading teams. * Contributing technical expertise to business development and proposals Must-Haves: * Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution * PE Licensure * Minimum 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Passion for renewable energy and sustainability * Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed Nice-to-Haves: * MS in Electrical Engineering * Internship or project experience in power systems or renewables * Involvement in student/professional engineering societies * Experience with electrical design or consulting \n $153,700 - $197,600 a year Benefits: 401(k) + company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Unlimited PTO Professional development assistance Bonus opportunities Supportive, growth-oriented team environment \n Why Join ANS?
