Serve as the primary in-house civil and structural engineering authority, overseeing designs, calculations, drawing reviews, technical assessments, and applicable engineering sign-offs for precast concrete and underground infrastructure products. Support estimating, manufacturing, and operations; establish internal engineering standards and procedures; and help develop an engineering team.

Assemble, test, troubleshoot, inspect, and repair electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical assemblies and complete systems, following technical drawings and specifications. Maintain test equipment and records, support production quality and schedules, investigate non-conformances, manage engineering changes, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Develop and deliver safe, efficient structural designs and engineering standards across the project lifecycle, from conceptual design and analysis through manufacturing and on-site assembly. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, provide technical guidance and documentation, resolve engineering challenges, and support product and process improvements.
