The Senior Maintenance Technician is a hands-ontechnical expert responsible for advanced troubleshooting, machine setup,equipment adjustments, and maintenance of production equipment. Supporting adynamic contract manufacturing environment, this role plays a key part in newproduct launches, production changeovers, and machine modifications to meetcustomer requirements, while providing technical guidance and training tojunior technicians and driving continuous equipment improvements. ‍
