About

In 1981, on opposite sides of the province and independent of each other, Arctic Power Systems and Arrow Installations opened their doors for business. Both companies worked hard to achieve a long history of success as powerline contractors in Western Canada. In 2010, Arctic Power Systems acquired Arrow Installations, growing the company into one of the largest privately owned powerline contractors in Western Canada. In June 2022 , the company was acquired by Java Holdings Ltd, investment vehicle for the Budzinski Family who have extensive experience in the contracting and construction field both in Canada, the US, and Europe. Together, as Arctic Arrow, we are focused on providing a safe, positive working environment for our employees and investing in valued and sustainable relationships with our clients. We are a Canadian owned powerline construction company offering design, engineering, construction and maintenance services for transmission and distribution powerlines throughout Western Canada and the Western United States.
