We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys problem‑solving, process improvement, and working closely with production teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assess manufacturability of new products in collaboration with Design Engineering and Customers * Identify efficient production methods and provide accurate product costing * Design and procure tooling, fixtures, and production aids using 3D CAD software (Solid Edge, SolidWorks) * Provide technical support to Production related to quality, process, and tooling issues * Lead product prototyping, design changes, and testing activities * Develop production standards, workflows, and conduct time studies * Optimize manufacturing systems, equipment utilization, and automation * Collaborate with production leaders and support teams to improve fabrication, assembly, and supply chain processes * Plan facility layouts to improve workflow and setup efficiency * Drive continuous improvement and waste‑reduction initiatives * Research, program, test, and operate advanced manufacturing equipment (CNC machines, robots/cobots, software) * Promote and maintain a safe work environment QUALIFICATIONS * Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or related field) * 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required) * Experience with ERP and/or MRP systems * Knowledge of DFM, PFMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma principles is an asset * Experience with 2D drafting and 3D solid modelling (SolidWorks or similar) * Understanding of BOMs, capacity planning, and manufacturing management processes * Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (less than 10%) * Self‑motivated with a strong drive for continuous improvement WHY WORK WITH US? * Competitive compensation * Cost‑shared flexible benefits plan (health, dental, vision, and more) * Paid time off to support work‑life balance * Safety boot allowance and prescription safety glasses reimbursement * A collaborative workplace grounded in integrity, safety, and continuous improvement OUR VALUES * Integrity: Doing the right thing in our words and actions, even when it is difficult. * Responsive: Timely and effective support of others in alignment with business needs. * Safety: An environment that includes establishing and maintaining safety practices and a respectful culture. * Community: A unified network of relationships built upon the contributions of many unique and talented individuals. * Excellence: We strive to always improve and to be our best in everything we do as individuals and as an organization. * Ownership: Demonstrating responsibility and accountability for our work and contributions. The Manufacturing Engineer will assess the manufacturability of new products, identify efficient production methods, and design/procure necessary tooling and fixtures. This role also involves providing technical support to production, leading design changes, developing standards, and optimizing manufacturing systems and equipment utilization.

Candidates should possess an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with 3D solid modeling (like SolidWorks) are required, alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills.
