Your Mission (Should You Accept It!) As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications across the full technology stack. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business, regulatory, performance, and security requirements. Your Day-to-Day Will Include Designing and developing complex, scalable software systems and applications. Building and maintaining multi-tier Java EE and microservices-based solutions. Developing modern and responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks. Leveraging AI-powered coding assistants and Generative AI tools to increase development efficiency and code quality. Collaborating with business stakeholders and global technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best development practices. Creating comprehensive unit tests to ensure application reliability and maintainability. Supporting Agile ceremonies and providing project progress updates. Adapting to changing business priorities, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies. Learning and applying internal frameworks, standards, and engineering best practices. Your Tech Stack Core Java Java EE Spring / Spring Boot RESTful Web Services Relational Databases Angular, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks Git Jenkins and CI/CD tools Generative AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Agent Mode, Skills, etc.) Microservices Architecture Linux & Shell Scripting Nice to Have: DevOps practices Containerization technologies Observability and monitoring tools Serverless architecture Jira and ALM platforms You Education & Experience 7 to 15 years of professional software development experience. Proven track record of delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable applications. Experience working in Agile development environments. Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices architectures. Technical Skills Strong expertise in Java, Java EE, Spring, and Spring Boot. Solid experience with front-end development technologies such as Angular or React. Strong knowledge of relational databases and web services. Experience using AI-powered development tools and coding assistants. Understanding of CI/CD processes and modern software development practices. Ability to write optimized, clean, and efficient code.
