Design municipal infrastructure including water, sewer, and stormwater systems while coordinating technical teams and project mandates. Manage client relations, produce technical specifications, and oversee site supervision and construction follow-ups. Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering and membership in the OIQ with at least 5 years of consulting engineering experience. A valid class 5 driver's license and willingness to travel to Northern Quebec are mandatory.
