The successful candidate will analyze and optimize mill processes to meet safety, environmental, quality, and production objectives. They will also manage capital and cost-reduction projects while ensuring compliance with corporate and legislative standards.

The successful candidate is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and constructing industrial machinery for the mill. Key responsibilities include installation and maintenance of machines, inspection and lubrication of equipment, and general repairs to the facility.
