Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) comptable rigoureux(se), autonome et organisé(e) pour prendre en charge la comptabilité quotidienne de nos sociétés et immeubles. Responsabilités Gérer les comptes payables et comptes recevables Effectuer la tenue de livres et les conciliations bancaires Comptabiliser les revenus, dépenses et factures Effectuer le suivi des transactions intercompagnies Préparer les écritures comptables et maintenir le grand livre à jour Préparer les dossiers nécessaires à la production des états financiers Préparer des rapports financiers mensuels pour les dirigeants Effectuer le suivi des budgets, dépenses et écarts Préparer les documents requis pour les comptables externes, prêteurs et refinancements Participer aux déclarations de TPS/TVQ/HST Maintenir une documentation comptable claire et structurée Profil recherché DEC en comptabilité Minimum 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en comptabilité Bonne maîtrise du cycle comptable Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel Expérience avec QuickBooks Expérience en immobilier ou environnement multi-compagnies, un atout important Excellente organisation et attention aux détails Français et anglais fonctionnels Conditions Poste à temps plein Salaire à partir de 55 000 $ par année, selon l’expérience Bonus basé sur la performance Bureaux à Saint-Henri, Montréal Possibilités d’évolution au sein d’une entreprise immobilière en forte croissance ENGLISH — Real Estate Accounting Technician We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Saint-Henri, Montreal. Since 2023, we have completed more than 30 acquisitions and currently own more than 275 residential units across Quebec and Ontario. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and autonomous Accounting Technician to manage the day-to-day accounting of our properties and corporations. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations Record revenues, expenses and invoices Track intercompany transactions Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledgers Prepare files required for the preparation of financial statements Prepare monthly financial reports for management Monitor budgets, expenses and variances Prepare documentation for external accountants, lenders and refinancing Assist with GST/QST/HST filings Maintain clear and organized accounting documentation Ideal Profile DEC in Accounting or equivalent college diploma Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of the accounting cycle Strong Excel skills Experience with QuickBooks Experience in real estate or a multi-company environment is a strong asset Highly organized and detail-oriented Functional French and English Conditions Full-time position Salary starting at $55,000 per year, based on experience Performance-based bonus Office located in Saint-Henri, Montreal Strong growth opportunities within a fast-growing real estate company

Requirements

Requires a college diploma in accounting or equivalent and at least 2–3 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of the accounting cycle. Candidates should have strong Excel skills, QuickBooks experience, excellent organization and attention to detail; real estate or multi-company experience and functional French and English are important assets.
