THE DRIVE AHEAD As a Lube Technician, you’ll help keep our customers safely on the road while supporting the day-to-day success of our Service Department. Your responsibilities will include: * Performing oil and filter changes and other routine maintenance services * Completing tire rotations, seasonal tire changes and basic tire services * Checking and topping up vehicle fluids * Inspecting tires, brakes, belts, hoses and other basic vehicle components * Completing basic vehicle inspections and identifying potential maintenance concerns * Maintaining accurate records of work performed * Keeping your work area clean, organized and safe * Following dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines * Supporting technicians and the Service team as needed * Providing efficient, quality workmanship on every vehicle PERFORMANCE ESSENTIALS We’re looking for someone who brings: * Previous automotive, lube or tire experience is an asset * A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record * Basic mechanical knowledge and a genuine interest in the automotive industry * The ability to safely operate shop equipment and hand tools * Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship * The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * A positive attitude and willingness to learn * Strong teamwork and communication skills * The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods WHY BANNISTER?
