You’ll travel across the Vancouver, BC area, meet new people, and develop valuable technical skills along the way. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused, and motivated individual with strong communication skills to ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from first interaction to final installation. What You’ll Do * Drive to various customer sites to perform installations * Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV) * Install, test, troubleshoot and repair as required to Beanfield standards * Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services * Ensure the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition * Collect “as builds” information in a timely manner * Administrative duties such as updating tickets, and reports with detailed, accurate information * All other duties as assigned. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. What you’ll do

Perform installations, testing, and repairs of fibre optic equipment for residential and commercial customers. Provide high-quality customer service and maintain accurate administrative records and equipment.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License and be able to work shift work. Requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety standards.
