Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment to meet company policies and industry safety regulations Complete service documentation Demonstrate equipment for customer Provide quality customer service Occasional travel to customer sites may be required Other duties as required Qualifications or Skills High School Diploma Level 3 in either 421A Heavy Equipment or 310T Truck and Coach or higher 3+ years Aerial Work Platform experience preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with various engines and hydraulic systems Good customer service skills Have a good understanding of schematics and diagrams Strong collaboration and communication skills including verbal and written skills Knowledge of equipment from brands such as Skyjack, JLG and Genie Valid driver’s license, clean driving record The Bercon recruitment process may include a variety of steps and tools including the use of AI, employment testing and employment checks. Pay ranges provided may be adjusted outside communicated range based on a number of reasons including geography, skill level and experience. Individuals may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Requirements
Requires a High School Diploma and a Level 3 certification in Heavy Equipment (421A) or Truck and Coach (310T). Preference is given to candidates with 3+ years of Aerial Work Platform experience and a valid driver's license.
