Service Technician (Apprenticeship)

Maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools Completing service documentation Demonstrating equipment for customer use Providing quality customer service Occasional travel to customer sites may be required Other duties as required Qualifications or Skills High School Diploma Currently registered or willing to pursue a Heavy Equipment Service Technician License and at least 1- 3 years of related experience Basic knowledge of mechanical knowledge with various engines and hydraulic systems and understanding of schematics and diagrams Valid driver’s license, clean driving record Experience in customer service Have a good understanding of schematics and diagrams Strong collaboration and communication skills including verbal and written skills Knowledge of equipment from brands such as Skyjack, JLG and Genie is an asset Preferably a 421A or 310 T Level 2 or above Bring own tools for the role The Bercon recruitment process may include a variety of steps and tools including the use of AI, employment testing and employment checks. Pay ranges provided may be adjusted outside communicated range based on a number of reasons including geography, skill level and experience. Individuals may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of related experience, with a preference for a 421A or 310T license. A valid driver's license and the ability to understand technical schematics and diagrams are required.
