Role Overview We are seeking experienced Independent Contractors to provide professional pool and spa repair services for our customers. Contractors are responsible for managing assigned service calls, delivering high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and system improvements while maintaining strong customer communication and brand representation. This is a contract-based opportunity. Contractors operate independently and are responsible for managing their own tools, and compliance obligations while meeting agreed-upon service timelines and scopes. Key Responsibilities Service & Project Execution * Independently assess, plan, and execute pool and spa repair service calls. * Estimate material and labour requirements for assigned work. * Determine appropriate methods and sequencing to meet service schedules. * Diagnose issues, problem-solve, and recommend solutions to improve system performance and efficiency. * Complete installations and repairs in accordance with Betz Pools quality standards and applicable codes. * Travel to job sites across the GTA and surrounding areas. Inventory & Materials * Requisition required materials in advance of scheduled service calls. * Maintain accurate records of materials used and submit required documentation through company systems. * Maintain organized and adequately stocked vehicle inventory for assigned work. Customer Service & Demonstrations * Communicate professionally with customers onsite regarding scope of work, findings, and recommendations. * Provide clear explanations of system performance and preventative recommendations. * Represent Betz Pools in a professional manner while delivering services. Qualifications & Experience * Minimum 2 years’ experience in pool and spa repair (in-ground experience preferred). * Strong technical knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing systems, and basic electrical standards. * Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and equipment-related issues effectively. * Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract. * High level of organization, reliability, and professionalism. Contractor Requirements * Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and commercial insurance applicable to independent contractors. * Supply own tools, equipment, service vehicle, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and industry standards. * Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs. * Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Work Arrangement * This is an independent contractor engagement and does not constitute an employment relationship. * Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and statutory remittances. * Work assignments will be issued according to the agreed service schedule and scope Compensation * Range of pay is $150,000 to $170,000 yearly

Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in pool and spa repair and a valid driver's license. Contractors must provide their own tools, vehicle, and commercial insurance.
