SUMMARY We are looking to hire a Chiller Technician to join our team! Responsibilities: * Experience in on-demand service calls on commercial, industrial and institutional chiller equipment specializing in Chillers and Cooling Towers * Able to perform planned maintenance on centrifugal, screw, reciprocating, and scroll compressors; with York, Daikin, Trane, Carrier, Smardt, Arctic Cool, Tandem, and Multistack chillers. * Experience conducting or assisting overhauls on chillers, troubleshooting, and diagnosing repairs needed. * Remains current with new technology and ability to adapt * Read, interpret, create and maintain drawings and specifications. * Install air conditioning, heating, and related equipment and components. * Overhaul and service air conditioning, heating units and systems. * Repair, replace and adjust worn or broken components on HVAC equipment * Repair and adjust refrigeration valves, piping connections, fittings, and couplings. * Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating and air conditioning systems. * Install motors, thermostats, humidistats and other HVAC components * Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned apprentices. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. * Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations. * Other duties as required * Provide exceptional customer service Qualifications: * HVAC License & Gas required * 5 years experience in service and maintenance of chillers * Manufacturer training is an asset * Possess a valid driver license with a clean driving record. #LI-JB1
