You'll act as a subject matter expert for our customers by providing installation, maintenance and support services on our machines. Technical Abilities – Analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic issues to ensure machinery operates at peak performance. Dependability – Conducting on-site service interventions, collaborating with customers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. Attention to Detail – Maintaining detailed service reports to ensure accurate documentation of all service activities. Collaboration – Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service experience.
