Refinish Technician, Apprentice General Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Production Manager. Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Job Summary: The Refinish Technician plays an integral role in Birchwood Collision Centre's cosmetic repair process. The successful candidate will be responsible for automotive prepping, painting and priming, performing light bodywork tasks, micro refinishing, and wheel refinishing. The Refinish Technician must be proficient and understand the capabilities of fluids and formulations to maximize efficiencies in various applications of paint using Axalta products. The focus will be on assisting the team achieving cycle time goals and prioritizing the workload. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Refinish Prep Technician and teach the necessary skills in the trade.
