Manage capital projects from front-end loading through execution and closeout, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while preparing approval documents and procurement materials. Coordinate engineering, internal and external stakeholders, and site construction and commissioning activities, and investigate failures to recommend lasting corrective actions.
