Deliver rental ski and snowboard equipment to guest accommodations and designated resort locations, and assist guests with equipment setup, fitting, and basic support. Maintain and organize equipment, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and support rental and valet operations while providing friendly service and following safety standards.

Tune and repair skis and snowboards for resort guests, and perform supervised repairs such as sidewall and edge repairs, binding installation, and top sheet repairs. Maintain the rental fleet according to the supervisor's schedule, explain technical information clearly, and recommend relevant services to guests.
