VISUAL PRESENTATION TECHNICIAN

Purpose of the Role The incumbent will support the Visual Presentation Manager by providing day-to-day assistance to the department. They will work closely with the entire team to ensure the effective communication of information between the department and retail stores. Key Responsibilities Manage departmental communications, including memos and visual documentation. Assist in preparing visual merchandising plans and organizing product samples. Maintain the organization of the mock store to support planograms and visual presentations. Participate in visual merchandising planning. Manage the department's shared inbox and communications with stores. Create and distribute signage lists. Process store requests and maintain the signage inventory. Coordinate signage orders for new store openings. Prepare folding, hanging, and window display installation guidelines, including photos and written instructions. Conduct testing and validations required during project development. Occasionally participate in new store openings and store visits. Visit stores on an occasional basis. Requirements Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Presentation, or a related field (an asset). 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally in visual merchandising or visual presentation. Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken. (The individual will need to communicate with external suppliers, and stores outside of Quebec) Proficiency with the Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite. Availability to travel occasionally for store visits and new store openings. Permanent, Full-Time #PV
