The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs. Key Job Responsibilities * Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan * Repair damage to vehicle body panels * Vehicle disassembly and reassembly * Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories * Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle * Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle * Use of frame equipment * Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS). * Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job * High School Diploma or equivalent * Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities * Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience * Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding) Preferred Education and/or Experience * Red Seal or 310B is preferred * I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification) Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc. * You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs * You have your own toolbox * Valid driver’s license required Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The Auto Body Technician is responsible for performing structural and non-structural repairs, which involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling each vehicle according to established procedures. This role requires working with team members to achieve the repair facility's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through quality execution.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience, including proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with completion of a Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program. Preferred qualifications include Red Seal or 310B certification and I-Car registration.
