The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs. Key Job Responsibilities * Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan * Repair damage to vehicle body panels * Vehicle disassembly and reassembly * Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories * Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle * Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle * Use of frame equipment * Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITDA/ BHPD/ NPS). * Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job * High School Diploma or equivalent * Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities * Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience * Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding) Preferred Education and/or Experience * Red Seal or 310B is preferred * I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification) Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc. * You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs * You have your own toolbox * Valid driver’s license required Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
