The Service Technician is responsible for performing general labor, preventative maintenance, and daily repairs to ensure the building remains in safe working order. Duties include addressing plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues, as well as managing seasonal landscaping and snow removal.

The Junior Maintenance Technician supports building operations through waste management, groundskeeping, and basic plumbing repairs. They also assist senior staff with building inspections, unit preparations, and maintaining fire and life safety systems.
