The I.T. Technician is responsible for analyzing and resolving issues with Point-of-Sale systems, hardware, and software both on-site and via phone. They perform system routines, upgrades, and preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

The technician is responsible for building props, painting sets, and dressing indoor attractions throughout the park. They must also assist with the assembly, setup, and eventual teardown of themed attractions.
