The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on landscape experience, and the ability to manage crews, equipment, materials, and job site productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship. *Job Details* * Location: Etobicoke, ON * Job Type: Full-time, Permanent * Wage: $36.30?$38.46 per hour (to be negotiated) * Schedule: 40 hours per week * Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, on-call, and flexible hours * Start Date: As soon as possible *Responsibilities* * Lead and supervise landscape crews on commercial and industrial projects * Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule * Read and interpret landscape drawings, site plans, and project specifications * Operate and oversee the use of landscape construction equipment and tools * Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations * Train, mentor, and support crew members to promote growth and accountability * Coordinate material deliveries, subcontractors, and site logistics as required * Complete daily reporting and communicate project updates with management * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations *Qualifications* * Secondary school diploma or equivalent * 1?2 years of landscape construction or related supervisory experience * Strong understanding of commercial landscape practices and job site operations * Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and grading plans * Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and other landscape equipment is considered an asset * Valid G Driver?s License with a clean driving abstract * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments * Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, lift, and perform manual labour as required * Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team *Benefits* * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care * RRSP program * Opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly growing company * Supportive team-oriented environment If you are a driven leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys building exceptional outdoor spaces, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with Canadian Grounds.
