KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform a complete range of diagnostics, repairs, up-fitting and maintenance on a wide range of medium-duty trucks and vehicles. * Vehicle Safety Inspections, both certified and non-certified. * Ensure work quality and safety in line with company and industry standards. * Maintain comprehensive records of all work performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts. * Ensure that workspace safety protocols are followed per Capital Ford and Occupational Health and Safety guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS: * Technician with proven expertise in automotive repair. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in mechanical and electrical systems. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous professional development. * Valid driver's license.
