Responsible for commissioning, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial kitchen ventilation and HVAC equipment. Duties include developing service schedules, submitting daily reports, and creating preventive maintenance programs for customers.

Requires a skill set in HVAC/R and knowledge of electrical systems and commercial wiring schematics. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, work in tight spaces/outdoor conditions, and commit to heavy overnight travel during the first year for training.
