Warranty Technician

As a Warranty Technician, you are responsible for addressing homeowner warranty concerns and work collaboratively with construction team, sub-contractors, and trades. The Warranty Technician is responsible for addressing pre-occupancy and post-possession homeowner concerns. This includes conducting visual inspections, performing hands-on repairs, and coordinating services with sub-trades.

Candidates must have previous experience in residential construction or renovations and knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and New Home Warranty Act. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are also required.
