Your Day To Day * Set up, repair and maintain medication/treatment carts, fax machines and other pharmacy provided equipment/supplies with applicable documentation * Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone * Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment/supply maintenance when required * Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes * Support the onboarding and off boarding of homes * Pre-stage equipment such as: fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc. * Installation of equipment into facilities * Local deliveries and pickups * Reconditioning and storing equipment/supplies for future use * Miscellaneous support functions as required * Weekend and overnight work may be required for on-call support What You Bring To The Team: * Must maintain a good driving record and be able to respond to service calls within Ontario when required * Must be available to attend emergency calls outside of regular working hours * Strong mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot * Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other team members * Effective organization, planning, and time management skills * Fluency in written and spoken English * Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with others in a professional manner * Skilled in critical thought processes and be able to prioritize appropriately * Must be self-directed requiring minimal supervision and able to work independently * Motivated to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality * Must demonstrate good listening skills and be adaptable to changes in job environment * Must be dependable and responsible in the execution of job duties * Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs Compensation Range: $21-$25/hour. Actual pay rate will be based on the individual candidate’s credentials and experience for the role with CareRx. Location: This role will be on site and follows a five-day work week. Travelling to various locations is required for this role. The technician is responsible for the setup, repair, and maintenance of pharmacy equipment such as medication carts and fax machines. Duties include troubleshooting service calls, sourcing parts, and managing equipment installation and delivery across various facilities.

Candidates must have strong mechanical aptitude, a good driving record, and the ability to respond to emergency calls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong professional communication skills are required.
