Your Day To Day * Set up medication/treatment carts, and other pharmacy provided equipment/supplies with applicable documentation for deployment at facilities * Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone * Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment/supply maintenance when required * Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes * Support the onboarding and off boarding of homes * Pre-stage equipment for delivery such as: fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc. * Track and record CareRx assets to Salesforce inventory * Reconditioning and storing equipment/supplies for future use * Miscellaneous support functions as required What You Bring To The Team: * Strong mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot * Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other team members * Effective organization, planning, and time management skills * Fluency in written and spoken English * Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with others in a professional manner * Skilled in critical thought processes and be able to prioritize appropriately * Must be self-directed requiring minimal supervision and able to work independently * Motivated to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality * Must demonstrate good listening skills and be adaptable to changes in job environment * Must be dependable and responsible in the execution of job duties * Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs Application Process: CareRx welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities. What you’ll do

The technician is responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining pharmacy equipment and medication carts for senior care facilities. They also manage asset tracking via Salesforce and support the onboarding and offboarding of home facilities.

Requirements

Candidates must possess strong mechanical aptitude, effective organizational skills, and fluency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are required.
