Your scope includes: Support full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer administration, and onboarding support Build strong relationships with employees through regular floor presence, employee interactions, and day-to-day support Respond to employee questions and concerns while ensuring issues are documented and escalated appropriately when required Coordinate employee engagement activities, crew meetings, recognition programs, community outreach initiatives, and workplace events Maintain employee records, HR documentation, reports, and data accuracy within HR systems and Microsoft Office tools Support onboarding, training coordination, employee communications, and various HR projects Contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support a positive workplace culture What You Bring You're a natural fit for HR Technician if you have: A certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-2 years of HR experience following a co-op, internship, or entry-level HR role, ideally within a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, or HR administration activities Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A friendly, approachable, confident, and service-oriented communication style Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort learning new HR systems Availability to work 5 days a week On Site in Scarborough A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to occasionally adjust work hours to support operational shifts If you bring the same care to who you are as to what you do, we’d love to meet you!
