The Senior Controls Engineer/Technologist 3 provides high-level technical expertise, lead engineering efforts on complex projects, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality, safety, and client requirements are met. Qualifications and Skills: * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project). * Exhibits an expert-level work ethic and strong reliability. * Advanced expertise in hardware panel design. * Advanced expertise in PLC programming. * Solid proficiency in general HMI programming. * Working knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, and drive controllers. * Advanced expertise in PPE requirements and overall safety awareness. Additional Skills and Experience: * Demonstrates strong individual resourcefulness. * Effectively keeps internal teams aligned with project schedules. * Successfully maintains field team adherence to project timelines. * Manages customer interactions in both stressful situations and normal business settings. * Represents the company and its brand in a professional and effective manner. * Adapts readily when work dates and times need to change. * Coordinates communication with internal departments to complete work (I.E. Shop, CAD, Engraving). Current Hours and Starting Time: * Full Time, 40 hours per week. * Overtime may be needed. * Currently Hybrid Work Environment- which includes some time in automotive plants.
