The engineer will actively participate in the design and development of mechanical building systems, including ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, heating, and cooling. They will also be involved in cost estimation, technical problem-solving, and client meetings. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building mechanical engineering projects. Membership in the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec and knowledge of building codes and standards are also necessary.
