Responsibilities include conducting technical surveys, estimating construction costs, and providing technical support and supervision during construction. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Building Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Must be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and possess a valid ASP Construction card.
