Design and develop plans and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems across institutional, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Responsibilities include conducting technical surveys, estimating construction costs, and providing technical support and supervision during construction. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Building Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Must be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and possess a valid ASP Construction card.
