Design and develop plans and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems across institutional, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Perform technical surveys, estimate construction costs, and provide partial supervision of construction works. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Building Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Must be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and possess a valid ASP Construction card.
