We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team at our Thunder Bay office. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Energy and Resources team, taking on responsibility for a diverse range of multidisciplinary projects. As a key player on our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, contributing to projects across Canada and gaining valuable experience in various sectors. Primary Responsibilities Participate and produce various deliverables in line with the project needs; Work in multidisciplinary project teams, produce and sign off deliverables; Work with the Department Lead to pursue new business opportunities with new and/or existing clients Assist stakeholders in proposal writing and fee estimates Coach, guide and mentor junior engineers on the team Collaboratively support business/operations through sound management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledge & resources Provide expertise in Capital and Operating projects Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety, as well as all other regulations & policies Development & implementation of budgets Partake in site surveys Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 8+ years of engineering design experience within mining, heavy industrial or related industries. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and possess at least 8 years of design experience in heavy industrial or mining sectors. A P.Eng designation or eligibility for one in Canada is required.
