Additionally, the technician will produce plans and specifications for roads, bridges, and airports, including 3D modeling and cost estimation. A College Diploma (DEC) in Civil Engineering and AutoCAD proficiency are required, along with an ASP Construction safety card and access to a vehicle. Experience in construction and surveying is considered an asset.
