Coordinates and manages the approval process for residential and industrial subdivisions and site plans by reviewing engineering designs for roads and storm water systems. Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Municipal and Provincial standards. Requires a high school diploma plus a 2-3 year program in Civil Engineering Technology and 4 to 8 years of related experience. Must hold a CET designation from OACETT and a valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence.
