Resource planning and dispatch strategy support Team asset management, including trucks, field assets, tools, inventory, and headcount Maintenance plant management: locate department, including screening, damage prevention, and day-to-day locate programs OSP repair support and education Network support and education Territory and storage management Logistics and deployment support for scheduling, timesheets, and project codes at the technician level Development of new projects and products, including plans and procedures for training (MDUs, IPTV launch, advanced wifi, Business VoIP launch, ETI launch support, creation of A-Net standards, new OSP network, and ISP CPE device support, commissioning, and installation) Participation in meetings, providing support through my experiences with all departments Field support (technical, organizational, procedural) Sales initiatives (events with ambassadors, commission tracking, and training on new promotions and packages; providing field recommendations on sales approaches from a technician's standpoint) On-site field support and riding along with technicians as a trainer Onboarding and offboarding staff members, making difficult but fair decisions in the field Cost risk management and mitigation through the creation of standards and best practices Monthly and yearly overview of I&R/M team compliance and bonuses, as well as budget support, ensuring adherence to allotted amounts Health and safety compliance and support, building and maintaining workplace culture After-hours support and emergency calls
