The Warranty Technician is responsible for identifying and fixing construction deficiencies both before and after homeowner occupancy. This includes performing repairs, coordinating with trades, and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners to ensure service standards are met.

Key responsibilities include performing various maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, and troubleshooting minor issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems. The technician will also be responsible for completing work orders promptly, performing preventative maintenance, and providing after-hours emergency service when needed.
